Kru Tong has an extensive background in the martial arts; a passion that began for him at a very young age. Through his experience as a teacher he has developed training opportunities that allow the participant to grow physically, psychologically, and spiritually. He works to incorporate both traditional martial arts, like Wushu and Taekwondo, and combat sports, like Muay Thai and MMA to provide the participant with a balanced experience.
Kru Tong has experience working with groups of all ages and ability levels. Currently his teaching has focused on youth martial arts instruction (ages 4 – 15). He has also taught adult mixed martial arts (MMA), adult kickboxing, and individualized training in a variety of areas.
